Today I am sharing another card using Spellbinders Block Print Zodiacs Collection. Yesterday we used the Leo set and today we are using the Cancer set. This set was also sent to me from Spellbinders to create for them. My goal was not to necessarily demonstrate specific tips or tricks but to give you more layout ideas. Any of the signs can be used with this layout. I knew these cards would be for my mom and aunt so we are going for a more feminine feel. I started by hot foiling my image onto Chiffon cardstock using Pewter Glimmer Foil. I selected several floral images from the Spellbinders A Special Toast die set and cut these from coordinating colors and assembled them with liquid glue. I also die cut a frame from Silver cardstock using the Hero Arts Nested Rectangles set. Then it was all about assembly. I added my silver frame with liquid glue and my floral images using thin and thick foam squares. I added some Green Color Essential gems and this card was done! We created the pink one in my video, but I also shared a purple version. I’m not sure which one I like best. Which is your favorite?
