For today’s cards I wanted to keep it simple and stress free. Sometimes I think we put way to much pressure on ourselves to create an elaborate card every time we make one, and that can take the fun out of it. So today, we are going for something in spring colors, that is easy and stress free, but still beautiful. I used Altenew’s Flutter and Bloom suite to create these cards. First I started by stamping my images from the stamp set. Then I stenciled the floral image and the butterflies using the coordinating stencil set. I used the die set to cut out my images and then I was ready to emboss 2 panels using the coordinating embossing folder. I also embossed the butterflies in the embossing folder for added dimension. I used the same coordinating stencil set to color a single flower on our embossed panels and these panels were almost done. After that, I decided how I wanted my flowers laid out. I cut my floral image in several pieces to to create a panel filled with flowers. Next, I added gems and my sentiments and we were done!
