Who’s ready for spring? I know I am! When I first saw this set I knew I wanted to make a couple cards for my friends who do a garden every year. This is the perfect card to tell one of those friends I’m thinking of them. This card features Pinkfresh Studio’s Herb Garden stamp, stencil and die. After I stamped and stenciled my herbs and pot, I created my background by hot foiling Honey Bee Stamp’s Plaid A2 Hot Foil plate with white glimmer foil. I also used my score board to help create the look of wainscoting on the lower half. My white wainscoting section is cut to 1.5 inches tall and then my wallpaper section is cut to 2.75 inches tall. I adhered them both to an A2 card panel and then added a thin strip of white card stock to act as a trim piece on my wall. I used my craft knife to cut a slit in my herb pot so I could tuck my herbs neatly into the pot. I trimmed my wall background to 4×5.25, added foam strips to my herbs and pot and then added the whole panel to a card base. For the final touch I added Pinkfresh Studio Glitter Drops in Aqua and Leaf. You can watch me create this card here. There are additional links to the other products I used, in the video description. Thank you so much for stopping by! See you next time!
