Oh my goodness! I wish you could see the fluffy quilt like texture on this card. For today’s card video I used Concord and 9th’s Bright Blossoms Inlay Dies. So this die is meant to inlay your pieces for a flat card. I dry embossed the die and then added my pieces on top and it gives this fluffy look that is amazing. For my background I used a light purple and for my flowers a darker purple and I ink blended around the edges. I also ink blended the edges on my greenery pieces. I wanted to add depth, but not too much color. My sentiment came from Waffle Flower’s Classic Happy Birthday Foil Plate and Die. This card came together so quickly and it’s still pretty flat so it will mail nicely. I also added a few Pinkfresh Studio Iridescent clear drops for a little sparkle. You can find more information along with links to the products I used in the video description here. This card is a lot of purple, but I think it all works perfectly. Thank you for stopping by!
