Today’s card was created using Altenew’s Parchment Bouquet Layering Die Set. Once again, the hardest part was deciding what colors to use. I made several with different colored flowers because I just couldn’t make up my mind. After all my pieces were die cut, I ink blended my flowers in turquoise and highlighted my leaves in a darker green and also added shading to my wrapper. Altenew makes assembly effortless with their keyhole system. You just stack the images and they come out perfect every time. For my background I used their Deck Planks 3D Embossing folder. I’ve really been enjoying using my embossing folders lately. I knew I wanted a very small dainty sentiment so I white heat embossed the Hello from the Flowery Hexagon set, and I think it added the perfect touch. Lastly, I added a few Pinkfresh Studio Glitter Drops in Leaf. Which color is your favorite? I really like the turquoise that I created in my video, but the purple is pretty striking also.
