Postage Collage Peony & Frames

Today’s card features Waffle Flower’s Postage Collage Peony Stencil set and their Postage Collage Frames die set. One of my crafty friends mentioned that she hasn’t had time to make any birthday cards lately so I thought we’d make her a few so she doesn’t have to go out and buy any. To start, I ink blended my peonies with bright cheerful colors. Then I cut them out using the Postage Collage Blocks die. The die made it so much easier then trying to cut them individually. Next, I got my frames ready by die cutting them from Indigo cardstock and stacked them four layers thick. I wanted to make sure my flower images were set inside my frames rather than just being level with them. My background was created using the Rhombus Texture die and the Rhombus Panel die. These really added some interest to my card. I arranged my frames on my background and adhered then with foam tape. I hot foiled my sentiment, added some pearls and this card was done! I think it came out great! For more details, links to all the products I used and to watch me create this card you can click here. Thank you for stopping by!
