Joyful Bunny

What is your your favorite color for Easter Cards?  I really like the lighter pastels, but at the same time, I’m really liking the darker purple color shown above.  These were so easy using Taylored Expressions Joyful Bunny Stamp and Stencil Combo and the Joyful Bunny Die.  I also used Taylored Expressions Hello Spring Stamp and coordinating die set for my sentiments.  I started by stamping my background in Pinkfesh Studio’s ink color Sheer Freesia, and then stenciled my die cut bunny also in Pinkfresh Studio ink Sheer Freesia, Opulence and Fresh Pear ink colors.  After I stenciled the leaf images in Fresh Pear, I left the stencil in place and applied a layer of Distress Texture Paste in Sparkle.  This really added that little bit of extra to my bunny.  I die cut a couple extra bunnies and stacked them for extra dimension and then added my bunny to my card panel.  After I added my card panel to my card base I added my gems and my sentiment and then placed a cute little bow to finish it off.  You can watch me demonstrate this adorable card here.  https://youtu.be/6zl1wlbX08U  Thank you so much for stopping by!

For my purple cards I used Pinkfresh Studio Inks in Sheer Freesia, Opulence and Fresh Pear.  For my gems I used Pinkfresh Studio’s Glitter Drops in Amethyst and Leaf.

For my pink cards I used Pinkfresh Studio Inks in Ballet Slipper and Peony.  For my gems I used Pinkfresh Studio’s Glitter Drops in Gold, Blush and Blossom.

For my blue cards I used Pinkfresh Studio Inks in Slumber and Sky Blue.  For my gems I used Pinkfresh Studio Clear drops in Ice and Sky Blue.
