I absolutely love using Pinkfresh Studio’s washi tape suites! They make card making so easy! Today I used their “In the Meadow” washi, die and stamp set to create this beautiful mini slimline “Thank you” card. To start, I die cut my floral images and arranged them on a mini slimline frame also from Pinkfresh Studio. I cut my frame from white iridescent glitter cardstock. After I figured out where I wanted my floral images I placed my sentiment stamp on my card panel and continued to arrange my images around my stamp so they wrapped around my sentiment and made it the focal point. I heat embossed the main sentiment in gold embossing powder and stamped my sub sentiment in Lush Forest ink, also from Pinkfresh. Once I was pleased with the placement of everything, I used liquid glue to adhere my main images to the glitter frame, glued my background images to my panel and then attached the frame to the card panel after I added some foam tape for dimension. Then for the finishing touch I added jewels. I used Pinkfresh Studio Clear Drops in Magenta, Leaf and Champagne. And since I’ve been in the habit of also decorating my envelopes lately, I fussy cut the same floral images and added them to my envelope. I am so happy with how this came out. I know this matching card and envelope will make my recipient smile when it is received. You can find all the details and links to purchase the products I used in my youtube video.
