Oh my goodness! This card was so much fun to put together. I used Honey Bee Stamps Lovely Layers Fireplace and Lovely Layers Fireplace Holiday Add On die sets. This card was a little time consuming due to all the die cutting, but was so worth it in the end. I really do enjoy paper piecing. First, I die cut all my pieces, added some ink blending to some, assembled the individual pieces and then adhered them to my background. The dies in these sets add so much detail to the whole project. For my background I used Honey Bee Stamps Perfect Bricks stencil. This was the perfect background for this scene. Finally I added some gems as lights on the tree and garland and wreath. For my sentiment, I hot foiled Merry Christmas from the Spellbinders Better Press Society – July 2024 Winter Sprigs Tree set.
